Little Money Makers Refunds & Returns Policy
Little Money Makers Pty Ltd wants you to love your purchase. This policy explains your rights and options if something goes wrong, or if you change your mind.
1. Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a:
- Replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. - Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does
not amount to a major failure.
Examples of a major failure include:
- An item is significantly different from its description or sample.
- An item is unsafe.
- An item is not fit for its normal purpose and can’t be easily fixed.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
2. Change of Mind Returns (Physical Products)
We are happy to accept returns for change of mind on physical products provided that:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, order confirmation).
Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and
inspect the returned item. - We may refuse a change of mind return if the above conditions are not met.
3. Digital Products (Downloadable PDFs)
- All sales of downloadable PDFs and other digital products are final.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a digital product has
been purchased, accessed, or downloaded. - Please choose carefully and ensure you have selected the correct product before
completing your order.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your digital product is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us for a remedy.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item (physical or digital), please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, if possible, photos or screenshots of the issue.
We will:
Arrange a replacement or refund (at your choice, where required by law).
- Cover any reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect physical items.

6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 7
business days]. - Shipping costs paid on your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to
a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
Books from Third Party Distributors
- Certain books sold on our website are digital or physical products from third-party distributors.
- Little Money Makers Pty Ltd does not distribute, ship, or fulfill these books.
- We cannot provide refunds, replacements, or exchanges for these books.
- Customers must contact the original distributor directly for any issues regarding delivery, refunds, or returns.
- Please check the distributor’s policies before purchasing.
This applies to all third-party books purchased through our site, whether digital downloads or physical copies.
7. Exchanges
Where possible, we will happily exchange a physical item instead of providing a refund. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
